Our source hierarchy
We use device manufacturers for compatibility and setup, providers for product terms, and regulators or official destination organisations for relevant guidance. Each article links its sources and states when they were reviewed. A provider’s claim remains a provider’s claim; it is not our own measured result.
How providers appear
The initial shortlist covers Airalo and Nomad, shown alphabetically. Inclusion is not endorsement. We do not rank by commission, create star ratings or imply we reviewed every supplier. Compare the exact allowance, validity, supported network, activation rules, hotspot restrictions and total checkout price.
Prices and calculators
Homepage prices are manually checked snapshots of selected 5 GB / 30-day plans, displayed in GBP with a review date. Amounts are hidden after seven days until reviewed again. There is no live price feed; confirm final checkout prices and terms. The cost calculator uses figures you enter. Our data estimator uses disclosed editorial assumptions; it does not measure an app or guarantee a particular allowance will last. We show both cheaper and more expensive outcomes.
Research and updates
Guides are prepared with AI assistance, with factual claims checked against listed sources. Review dates describe source review, not physical product tests. The publishing workflow requires sources and attribution, a change review and build checks. Plan terms should be rechecked before purchase even when an article was recently reviewed.
Corrections
Source conflicts and unverified claims are held back or described as uncertain. Send corrections to Team@TopTravelSims.com, including the page address, the disputed claim and a primary source. Use the linked provider sources for urgent product questions.
